1. The arena
World Chad Ranking ("WCR", "the platform") is a community-driven ranking and voting platform. Rankings are generated from community votes using our published scoring formula. They are community sentiment, not objective fact — a high rank is not an endorsement, and a low rank is not a statement about any person's worth.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address. Ranking-impacting votes require a verified email.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
- We may suspend accounts for vote manipulation, spam, harassment, or impersonation.
3. Candidate profiles
- Profiles of public figures must stick to publicly known information. Do not post private addresses, phone numbers, or other non-public personal data.
- Do not create profiles to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone. Parody and commentary are welcome; impersonation is not.
- Submitting a profile affirms you have the right to use the submitted media.
- Anyone depicted may request corrections or removal of inaccurate information via the contact page.
4. Voting fairness
- One vote per user, per candidate, per category, per voting cycle. Duplicate or fraudulent votes are invalidated.
- Coordinated manipulation (bot voting, vote buying, brigading) leads to vote invalidation and account suspension.
- Paid membership never buys votes, ranking points, or leaderboard positions.
5. Content
You retain rights to content you post. By posting, you grant WCR a license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or the community guidelines, with or without notice for severe violations.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". Rankings are algorithmic outputs of community votes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WCR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform.
